Rental Rates
Base Rate:
$300 total
Includes 4–6 hours of event time inside the building.
Deposit:
$150 deposit due at booking (non-refundable)
Remaining balance + any overtime/cleaning fees will be invoiced after the event.
Additional Time:
$50/hour for any time past the 6-hour limit.
Setup & Decorating Time
You may enter the building for free setup/decorating up to:
2 hours before your event
To receive the free setup window, you must:
List your exact arrival time on the rental form.
Understand the 2-hour free window starts at the time you list, even if you arrive late.
Extra setup time:
$50/hour beyond the free 2 hours.
Capacity
The Wesley Student Center accommodates up to 230 guests.
This limit is mandatory for safety and compliance.
Cleaning Expectations
A cleaning fee is only charged if the space is not returned to its original condition.
To avoid a $100 cleaning fee, renters must:
Remove all trash from the building
Wipe down all tables
Sweep and mop hard floors
Vacuum carpeted areas
Remove all decorations, tape, and personal items
Leave no spills, food, or debris behind
If any of these items are incomplete or there is Physical damage to our Facilities, the $100 cleaning fee will be added to your final invoice.
Technology & Equipment
Tech must be requested on the rental form:
Microphones
Sound system
Projector/screen
If tech is not requested in advance, it cannot be guaranteed.
$150 deposit to reserve your rental date at the Wesley Student Center.
Remaining balance + any overtime or cleaning fees will be invoiced after your event.
